Lynda and Kidz Wildfires Backpack Project

Ended November 15, 2017

As you know, thousands of firefighters are battling the deadliest wildfire blaze in California history and the Bear Creek Road fires. Once the fires are out, a tremendous effort will be required to rebuild.

Our backpack project is doing this special drive to provide backpacks with school supplies to some of the kids affected by these fires as soon as possible. There are about 17,500 kids in schools in the area and it is estimated the 1/2 of them or more are affected by the fires. We are hoping to get 1000 backpacks full of school supplies to them next Saturday.

Along with the school supplies, a local Tupperware dealer and friends are donating water bottles, Teddy Bears with Heart is donating stuffed animals, and kids both locally and out of state are making encouragement cards and letters for each backpack.

Please join in helping those affected by these horrible wildfires.

Please note: If you prefer, you can also donate cash via paypal and we can purchase thru our store on your behalf:
